Mark Eldridge has been in the staffing and consulting industry since he graduated from college. Through his experience, Mark noticed a need for reliable, highly specialized resource services and solutions. This observation led to the launch of ALKU in 2008. Since beginning ALKU, Mark has emphasized the importance of giving back and mentoring internally and externally. To promote ALKU’s model, one of the main guidelines set in place is to pay it forward. Mark has brought his passion for getting involved and giving back and emersed ALKU in this culture known as Have Fun Working Hard®.
Mentoring has been a major part of Mark’s life, and he has seen the significant impact mentoring has on individuals. He has had a deep interest in giving back to the community through volunteering and donating to causes he and his family are passionate about.
Mark and his wife, Kathie, founded the ALKU Foundation in 2022 so that the Eldridge family could make a bigger impact in the communities where ALKU employees live and work. Additionally, he serves on the board of Mass Mentoring Partnership. Mark is looking forward to aiding The ALKU Foundation as it identifies non-profit partners that can impact young people’s lives and the communities in which they live. Mark’s free time is spent with friends and family, outdoors, playing the saxophone, and cheering on Boston sports teams.
