Since launching ALKU, Kathie has emphasized the significance of giving back, mentoring, and women empowerment. Kathie has had a deep interest in giving back to the community through volunteering and donating to causes she and her family are passionate about.
Kathie is a founder and leader of one of ALKU’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ALKU Women Empowered (AWE). This is a women’s group determined to provide resources to the women of ALKU and give them the support they need to continue to develop within the organization. Additionally, Kathie focuses on charitable organizations.
Kathie and her husband, Mark, founded the ALKU Foundation in 2022 so the Eldridge family could make a bigger impact in the communities where ALKU employees live and work. Kathie looks forward to expanding her focus and charitable efforts on supporting women’s empowerment. Additionally, Kathie serves on the board of A Better Chance Andover. Kathie is excited to aid The ALKU Foundation as it identifies non-profit partners that can impact young people’s lives and the communities in which they live. Kathie’s free time is spent with friends and family, focusing on interior design and playing the guitar.
